Please complete the following details for our records. Following your application, and according to our consitution, the committee will agree your membership and then you will be entitled to full training support and discounts on training courses. Membership runs from September to September, so if you have less than 4 months remaining, you will not be invoiced until renewals are due in August.
Details are held in confidence and are not passed on to other parties (e.g. other providers within the network) without your permission.
